Equipment rental marketing pricing, posted like a rate card
Equipment rental marketing pricing is printed here the way a counter prints a rate card: all of it, in plain view, with nothing held back for a sales call. Three Organic Growth tiers come first, then the paid ads tiers.
Search work in three tiers, from one yard to a branch network
Organic Growth Silver
$1,495/mo
Bring the website you already have. We build the pages, the Maps profile and the company facts that put your fleet in front of renters.
- Twenty-five new landing pages each month, every one aimed at a machine class, a tool category or a delivery town
- Strategic Content Assets, four a month, each one answering something a renter asks before reserving
- A site audit covering speed, titles, dead links and heavy catalog photos, with the fixes made for you
- Google Business Profile claimed or corrected, its service area drawn around the towns your trucks serve
- Duplicate listings merged, with a light routine for inviting returning renters to post a review
- Fleet categories, branches and reservation steps turned into plain facts that AI assistants can repeat
- Month-end reporting that lines up counter calls and reservation requests beside the pages we shipped
Organic Growth Gold

Organic Growth Platinum

Each plan rolls over every month until you tell us to end it. Returning a plan works like returning a machine: tell us before the next billing date and the meter stops.
Ad management priced by how many platforms your yard runs
One ad platform
$895/mo
Pick a platform and we run it: build, ad writing and steady tuning. The platform bills clicks to your card, so media money never appears on our invoice.
- Your choice of Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- The ad account and its password stay with you; we work inside as manager
- Ad text, keyword lists and call tracking built and checked ahead of the first paid click
- Negative keywords screen out equipment-for-sale hunters, operator job seekers and manual searches
- The platform charges every click straight to your card
- A monthly sheet that sets spend beside calls and reservation requests
Two ad platforms
$1,595/mo
A second platform widens the net, planned and reported together with the first. Each platform bills your card for clicks while our flat fee covers the work.
- Any two of Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- Both ad accounts and their logins stay with you; we work inside them as manager
- Ad text, keyword lists and call tracking built and checked ahead of the first paid click
- Negative keywords screen out equipment-for-sale hunters, operator job seekers and manual searches
- Each platform charges its own clicks to your card
- A monthly sheet that sets spend beside calls and reservation requests
Three ad platforms
$2,295/mo
All of the major platforms together, laid out as one plan and reported on one sheet. Each platform collects its own click charges from you, and a single flat monthly fee pays for the building and the watching.
- Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) in step with one another, under one plan
- All three ad accounts and their passwords remain yours; we work inside them as manager
Each plan rolls over every month until you tell us to end it. Returning a plan works like returning a machine: tell us before the next billing date and the meter stops.
Picking a tier by the shape of your rental company
Count the machine classes you want booked and the towns your trucks reach. A yard with a short list of each is well served by Silver, particularly if its website already works. A long list across a wide delivery map calls for more pages each month, which is what Gold and Platinum add.
Branches change the arithmetic, since each lot has its own counter, its own drivers and its own listing. So does the customer mix: contractor accounts that reorder reward catalog pages and an application page, while walk-in tool rental leans on the Maps listing and will-call pages. If the website is the weak link, choose a tier that includes one. A lean shop needing a push in a slow month may start with paid ads on a single platform.
Questions about the agreement, the ad budget and the website
How long does a rental company stay signed up?
There is no contract. Each month stands alone, like a short rental that ends at the return counter, and you can stop when the month closes. There is no startup fee either, so nothing is owed on the way in or the way out.
Is the ad budget part of the paid ads fee?
No. The platform bills each click to your card, and what you pay us is the management fee: $895 for a single platform, $1,595 once a second joins and $2,295 with a third, monthly. The budget is yours to raise, lower or pause as the lot fills.
Can I buy a website from you without the search work?
Not on its own. A custom website, hosting and maintenance included, arrives bundled with Gold ($2,495 per month) and Platinum ($3,495 per month). Silver, at $1,495 per month, leaves your current site in your hands.
Is Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) counted as a platform?
Yes. Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) counts as one platform, exactly as Google Ads does and as Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) does. Choose the mix that suits the categories you want to promote.
Is your fleet parked on the lot or out on rent this month?
Tell us which categories you most want booked (compact machines, lifts, homeowner tools, party gear), which counties your trucks reach and how full the yard looks right now. You will hear one monthly price and an honest opinion about where to start. Leave out customer names and rental agreements, because this is marketing correspondence rather than counter business.
The lift and the key tags are a drawing for fun. They say nothing about any rental company, season or fleet.
